Wonderware Particle Monitoring Software

OptiCal Sciences have been System Integrators for Wonderware Factory Suite products for over 5 years. We have successfully designed, installed, commissioned and validated a number of Particle Monitoring Software to suite a variety of industrial applications.

Particle Monitoring Software designed using Wonderware Factory Suite products take on two flavours to suite the unique and individual needs of our customers. A multiuser network system with web portal access designed to suite medium to large scale process environments with a requirement for remote access via a web browser. A sing user version of the system has been designed to suit the needs of small process monitoring systems with single user access at any one time.

Process visualisation has never been easier. Intuitive human machine interface software will graphically display information gathered from most industry standard field sensors installed in your production environment. A flexible architecture ensures the Wonderware In-Touch application will meet your current needs and will easily scale up to include future development and expansion. In-Touch when combined with Wonderware Industrial SQL (In-SQL) server offers many features that facilitate the design of applications that need to comply with CFR21 part 11 rules and follow the GAMP5 guidelines for automated computerised systems. The data collected typically from CLiMET particle counters, temperature, relative humidity and room pressure devices is typically displayed as plant mimics, alarm panels and trending.

Particle Monitoring Software: Single User

The Single User Particle Monitoring Software has been designed for small process monitoring systems with single user access at any one time from the machine running the application. This is an ideal system for monitoring up to 50 field devices, depending on the data storage requirements. The operator would be able to see a visual representation of the area being monitored, displaying alarm information. The software allows users to control device, acknowledging alarms with detailed comments, and printing trends.

Data storage can be in encrypted files for an affordable solutions or using Wonderware In-SQL Server which binds in to Microsoft SQL Server for a CFR21 part 11 compliant system.

Particle Monitoring Software: Multiuser Network

The Multiuser Network Particle Monitoring Software allows the users to access a visual representation of the area being monitored via a web browser with the ability to acknowledge alarms and control devices from a remote location using Wonderware Information Server.

Data is stored suing Wonderware Industrial SQL Server which binds in to Microsoft SQL Server for a CFR21 part 11 compliant system. Reporting facilities are made available via a web browser to query and print stored data using Microsoft Reporting Services enabling you to produce reports for your Quality Systems.

To supplement the Particle Monitoring Software, OptiCal Sciences offer a wide range of custom application to enhance the functionality of the Particle Monitoring Software. These software are designed to meet the unique requirements of our customers.

Alarm E-mail Application

The Alarm E-mail Application in conjunction with an In-Touch application can be used to send e-mails to notify users of alarms that have been triggered. This application can be used to alert managers of alarms that have occurred.

OSL Reporter

The OSL Reporter can be used with Single User Particle Monitoring Software that store data in encrypted files to report on alarms, particle counts and tag values. The easy to use interface allows users to access the raw data stored in encrypted files to produce reports.
