ATI Protective Mask Leakage Tester PMLT

When donning a protective mask, you deserve the utmost confidence in your gear. The Air Techniques Protective Mask Leakage Tester (PMLT) is an aerosol & photometry-based instrument designed to confirm mask seal and integrity as well as individual fit. The PMLT is portable and easy to use, sets up in minutes and provides a variety of mask testing options.

The PMLT is still the only instrument available capable of leak testing an entire mask, integrity testing of mask components, and Fit Testing of individuals without compromising the mask.

Furthermore, the PMLT has been subjected to aggressive testing and fielded by the United States military through the Joint Program Executive Office as the Joint Services Mask Leakage Tester (JSMLT).

Leakage Isolation TestLeaks normally invisible to the naked eye are easily isolated so that repair/replacement decisions can be made
Outlet Valve TestTested with aerosol as part of Mask Test and isolated, for airflow leakage under tightly controlled conditions
Drink Tube Flow TestTube blockage is measured for flow
Drink Tube Valve Leakage TestThe drink tube valve is tested for leakage under controlled pressure
Drink Train Leak TestThe entire drink tube is tested for leakage under pressure

Fit Test
Quantitative Fit Test(available option) An overall fit factor of up to 500,000 is measured while the user performs exercises under an aerosol challenge

Universal Clamping, Inflatable Mask Seal and Clamping AdaptorsThe PMLT can test virtually any style of protective mask in the world
Use of Controlled Aerosol as opposed to Ambient AirUsing a controlled amount of aerosol vastly increases the accuracy of mask testing
